Atlas AV has worked on the design development, engineering, supply and installation of all the AV Hardware for the new Statoil Visitor Centre in Norway.
Visitors entering the reception are greeted with an eye catching digital multi projection that spans a 20M wall of the building. Showing motion graphics, video and controlled audio the audience is innovatively educated the audience is innovatively educated to Statoils practices and principles.
Also located in the main reception area are interactive high-end touch tables. The touch tables were supported by seven different video sequences presenting the main issues on a large video screen with the audio presented on high end headphones.
A unique circular table featuring a 40 Year Presentation of the history of Statoil is positioned directly below a 4 projector set up on the ceiling above. An interactive is projected onto the table that allows visitors to explore how the oil and gas industry has grown over time and confirm how Statoil has seen technical progression since the company was founded in 1972. Control and power for the innovative AV equipment comes from a neatly packaged central rack room with unobtrusive cables safely hidden away. The result was a unique and holistic experience of the Statoil brand, with a clear focus on the issues that are important to Statoil today and in the years to come.
