The oil company Saudi Aramco within Saudi
Arabia has its global headquarters in the city of Dhahran and is also
the location for the King Abdulaziz Centre for Knowledge and Culture a
recently developed cultural landmark that will serve the local
population as a must-see visitor destination.
Its focal point is the Energy Science Centre and Atlas AV in 2016 completed the installation of a £2.4M+ Audio Visual experience. The delivered solution will give viewers an unforgettable sensory experience.
A dual-purpose 3D Cinema with 4D effects is accompanied with 100+ AV exhibitions within 9 Zones. They include the provision of bespoke shaped LED video walls, an array of edge blended projection displays and a purpose build central control system allowing the real life running of the Museum to be a simple procedure.
The project includes a replica command centre where actual functions
of producing oil are demonstrated with real life scenarios. The
equipment allows live streaming to commodity markets with all
information displayed in innovative ways. Video walls and interactive
screens help detail the Impact of energy on our planet and how human
beings can affect the future environment. The solution comprises of
thousands of individual AV components and products and was delivered
entirely by Atlas AV on time and on budget.
